Located 30 kilometres south of Marrakech, also known as the ‘Marrakech Desert’, the Agafay Desert features several hundred hectares of white dunes that strongly resemble sand dunes.
This Reg, a desert of stone and rock, offers an immense, arid and lunar landscape, illuminated however by an oasis that emerges as if from nowhere, it is called the enchanted oasis. With its succession of whitish-coloured undulations, the Agafay Desert is an astonishing site to discover on the outskirts of Morocco’s ochre city, beautiful Marrakech.
